- Increase standards of customer service
- Delivering high-quality Hair removal, tanning, and skin services.
- Prescribe and recommend home care to all clients.
- Perform Skin & IPL Consultation.
- Overseas the day-to-day operation of the salon.
- Develop a deep understanding of salon and team needs and opportunity
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Cultivate and develop high-performing therapists within your location.
- Communicate with the team and upper management regularly.
- Ensure quality consistency and compliance across the territory.
- Maximise retail sales and mix of business.
- Drive sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience:
- Must-have: 2 years of salon management experience in the beauty industry
- Hold a diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Experience across all our services is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- Mastered the art of waxing, including the coveted Brazilians.
- IPL Hair reduction
- Spray tanning
- Skin consultation
- Skin Peels
- Microdermabrasion
- LED Light therapy
- Hydra face skin treatment
- IPL Skin Treatment
- Male Brazilians trained or willing to learn advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great time management, planning, & interpersonal/influencing skills
- Solid verbal & written communication
- Exceptional customer focus
- Proactive, can-do attitude; team player & solid work ethic
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI’s
