Salon Manager/Receptionist

We're seeking a Salon Manager/Receptionist to join our salon team. 

As front of house, you will be the first point of contact with our valued clients, so you need to have great people skills by being welcoming, friendly and extremely enthusiastic and efficient.

You will be able to make every one of our clients feel special and appreciated, whether they come through the door of the salon, call on the phone or make contact online.

The role is very hands on and includes front of house duties, stock ordering, inventory control, room set ups and refreshes throughout the day and management of staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the salon.

Essential Requirements:

• Salon experience will be highly regarded. Whether this is as a Salon Manager, Salon Assistant Manager or a background in the hair and beauty industries.
• Outstanding customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
• Proven experience in salon management including leading a team and meeting business targets. 
• Very organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to multitask especially with regard to cleaning throughout the day and maintaining the professional presentation of the Salon.
• Experience with salon software.

Location: Rosny Park.

Hours: Full time. 8.30am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm on Saturday
