We are looking for experienced SAP  Development Architect with 18+ years of experience with minimum of 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations

Mode of employment: Permanent/ Contract

SAP Development Arch

• Develops processes and roadmaps that define SAP S/4 HANA Custom Development strategy in a Hybrid landscape using latest SAP BTP Development Stack
• Drive SAP custom Development and Enhancement Strategy including collaboration with the various Technology teams like Business, Cloud Integration,
• Acting as gatekeeper that is responsible for completeness, and quality of development work delivered for deployment. 
• Provide technical and thought leadership in all aspects of SAP custom developments and promote best practices in these areas.
• Act as trusted advisor to Application technology leads client stake holders on all matters of custom design, development, execution, and support.
• Lead the technical design for S/4HANA implementation in a multi-vendor environment.
• Lead development teams in development activities, connectivity activities across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, SAC, CPI, CIG) and Technology guidelines.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal customers, peers and external partners.
• Mentor junior staff members

Experience

• Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success as a SAP Development Manager with a minimum of 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations
• 10 or more years of hands-on work with relevant SAP technol-ogies: ABAP S/4HANA, RAP, CDS; Classical ABAP (enhancement technologies, dialogue programming, workflow, reporting, ALV, webdynro, data exchange); Interface technologies (CI, SLT, DI); Front end FIORI; SAP BTP services (BTP ABAP, workflow, rules, transport).
• Should have experience leading SAP S/4HANA technical implementation using clean core principles.
• Additional functional, technical experience with related SAP and ERP tools and technologies is desirable.
• Good understanding of architecture principles and design patterns
• Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of leading development teams in development activities, connectivity activities across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, SAC, CPI, CIG) and Technology guidelines.
• Supervisory Experience: 3 or more years in roles having accountability for the technical work of others is preferred.
• Remote / Virtual Teams: Experience demonstrating effective working with distributed or offshore teams is preferred.
• Communication: Very strong written and verbal English is minimum requirement. Additional major languages desirable.
