Role Snap Shot
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic design team. The Senior Architect will be responsible for all aspects of concept designs that are developed for projects and will manage project delivery to provide best outcomes for Taylors clients.
This role will be responsible for leading and project managing a large portfolio of diverse projects in the industrial, residential, and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design, coordination of resources, liaising with clients, with a focus on project delivery and outcomes.
How You Will Contribute
- Assisting in Project Management for a range of Architectural Design projects;
- Assist in providing accurate and timely fee proposals to existing and potential clients, including pre-engagement advice, upon consideration of all possible project outcomes;
- Produce innovative and feasible designs for a variety of Architectural projects to meet the requirements of our clients and statutory regulations;
- Interpret site data for preparation of site development plan designs.
- Coordinate project delivery, meticulously ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality documentation packages.
- Advise clients of accurate time frames for completion of milestones and anticipate submission requirements;
- Regularly communicate project progress and/or relevant issues with clients and consultants;
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a portfolio of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Architectural registration in Victoria is a must, and Queensland registration would also be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Revit design software and AutoCAD.
