Sap Finance Business Analyst

A fantastic opportunity exists, for a SAP Finance Business Analyst, to join our Melbourne based client on a 6 month contract.

This is a hands-on role, in a busy project environment, where you will play a crucial role in defining finance business processes across a broad and diverse range of business units. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business needs, requirements, and processes.

Skills and Experience required;

• 5+ years experience SAP Business Analysis with a Finance focus
• SAP FICO experience
• Experience working on Financial projects, particularly with a financial governance slant
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, Power Platform (Power BI)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Finance, Process & Digital teams
• Excellent communication skills ability to translate discussion into accurate process and ability to speak the same language as the Finance team
• Demonstrated high-level analytical skills, with experience solving complex problems & utilise critical thinking to make well-judged decisions
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Ability to use SAP knowledge in at least 3 modules to define new process

This role requires exceptional communication skills, where you can effectively engage with the business, technical teams, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will have worked on multiple projects, where you are able to hit the ground running in a busy project environment.
