AddressSAP HCM Project Manager
This is a permanent position that will offer you career growth and upskilling, as well as a constant stream of interesting small, medium and large projects. Based in Sydney, this position could be a step up to build on your strong delivery background or that ideal role that you've been searching for.
You will ultimately manage a portfolio of projects in various stages of progress and be given new projects as they come along. With plenty of support, flexible working arrangements and a company that is expanding at the speed of light, you will be set up for success. There is however one particular project that you will be earmarked for initially
Duties
- Manage project timeline, budget and risk assessments
- Project planning, monitoring and regular reporting
- Engage and motivate the project delivery team
- Manage the stakeholders expectations and timelines
Skills & experience
- At least 5 years' experience in Project Management, with relevant certifications
- Experience in at least 1 end to end HRIS implementation, with a preference for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Strong communication and and business writing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a variety of different environments, decisive, and can easily adapt to change and competing demands
