Job Description:
Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional with a passion for both functional and technical aspects? Do you enjoy working on diverse projects and have a knack for problem-solving? If so, we want you to be a part of our team!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging SAP HCM projects, while also gaining exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, allowing you to upskill and expand your expertise. This is a true consultative role that requires a blend of hands-on functional and technical skills, along with excellent people skills to engage with our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM on-premise solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to guide clients through SAP HCM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM.
- Work closely with the development team to customize and enhance SAP HCM solutions.
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors projects to expand your skill set and contribute to innovative HR solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP HCM implementations and configurations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Techno/Functional SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Technical proficiency in SAP HCM, including ABAP programming, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
