Sap Learning Management System Administrator

• Duration: 3 Months with potential extension
• Pay Rate: AUD $ 63.14- $78.87 per hour + super
• Location: Canberra, ACT- Hybrid (2-3 days onsite weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Management System administration, configuration, and reporting capability.
• Assist with mapping the future state of the LMS.
• Provide subject matter expertise input to the draft Project Plan.
• Support the team in a data cleansing exercise.
• Create and assign core and mandatory curricula.
• Develop mapped learning curricula against identified roles.
• Assist in the development of SOPs and LMS training videos.
• Establish a system reporting framework for Business Units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration.
• Knowledge of learning and development principles.
• Proficiency in system configuration and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
