SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

Rubix Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team for a prominent enterprise client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions, with a focus on configuration, maintenance processing, preventive maintenance functions, and enterprise asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize 7+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance consultant experience to provide expert advice and support to our client's enterprise operations.
• Lead SAP PM implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and effective support thereafter.
• Configure SAP PM modules including Enterprise structure, Maintenance processing, and Preventive maintenance functions to meet the specific requirements of the client.
• Demonstrate expertise in Configuration Knowledge in CS (Customer Service) module to enhance overall system functionality.
• Provide knowledge and support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives, ensuring optimal asset utilization and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Linear Asset Management functionalities to effectively manage linear assets such as rail tracks and pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the technical development team to design and implement custom solutions, leveraging Webdynpro components & Enterprise portal Netweaver platform 7.0.
• Apply SAP ASAP methodology or similar SDLC frameworks to streamline project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager for change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Leverage HP QC for SAP functional testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
• Manage project implementation activities, provide go-live support, and execute global roll-outs across various locations.
• Ensure seamless integration of PM module with MM (Materials Management) for external services & procurement, and with FICO (Finance and Controlling) for intercompany scenarios in the settlement process.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Translate business requirements into technological solutions, driving increased business value and performance for our clients.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance engineer.
• Proven track record in SAP PM implementation and support projects.
• In-depth configuration knowledge in SAP PM and CS modules.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management and Linear Asset Management.
• Proficiency in SAP development tools including Webdynpro and Enterprise portal Netweaver platform 7.0.
• Familiarity with SAP ASAP methodology or similar SDLC frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAP change management tools, preferably SAP Solution Manager.
• Exposure to HP QC for SAP functional testing is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project implementation processes and global roll-out execution.
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
