The SAP S/4HANA Technical Consultant will be responsible for delivery of 24 x 7 "Best Practice" SAP Support Service for our Federal Government Customers, ensuring consistent deployment of processes and procedures that support the existing environment. This role can be either Canberra (preferable) or Melbourne based and suitable candidates must hold a minimum Baseline Clearance to be considered.
Key Accountability and Responsibilities:
Technology:
- An understanding of ITIL practices.
- Understand S4/HANA integration with SAP applications: SAP Enterprise Portal, SBOP BI Platform 4.3 (business Objects) and BW HANA, SEM-BW: Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM-BCS), SAP ERP 6.0 Enhp 8 (on Premise), SAP Visual Composer, SAP Budgeting and Planning 1.0, SAP Business Rules Management (BRM), SAP Access Control, NetWeaver Development Infrastructure, Test Data Migration Server (TDMS), Landscape Management, ECC (Funds Management), GRC, Public Budget and Planning, BPC, BCS, CHaRM and SOLMAN, PBF.
- Provide Support within Team when required.
- Provide proactive services in relation to identifying functionality improvements and/or resolving SAP issues and providing solutions.
- Undertake Technical and Solution resolution tasks including completion of all related system and documentation activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and/or KPI’s.
- SAP testing activities (UT/IT/Documentation).
Typical Outputs and Deliverables:
- Hands-On Technical Activities covering BTP, ABAP, Fiori/UI, Portal, CDS Views/ HANA modelling.
- Remediation of core S4/HANA defects/ Issues.
- Ownership of Design Documentation and Maintain DEV register.
- Peer Review of Unit Test Documentation produced by ABAP Team
- Assist with Project Schedule review/ forwards planning activities.
- Interact with Finance Solution Architect to achieve required outcomes.
- Successful System Incident resolution.
- Daily Task Management meetings.
- Support customer reporting.
- Support team management.
