Are you ready to lead the charge in driving Change and communication excellence? We're seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Change and Communications Lead to spearhead our PeoplePlus Project, ensuring seamless delivery and implementation. You'll be the maestro orchestrating change management strategies and communication plans to empower our HR team and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Change Management Strategy for the PeoplePlus project, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of change delivery plans, integrating activities into the project schedule.
  • Implement structured methodologies to drive faster adoption and ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
  • Assess change readiness pre-go-live and monitor interventions to address any gaps.
  • Provide regular status reporting to key stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
Job-Specific Skills and Experiences Required:
  • 3-5+ years of related change management experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  • Proficiency in developing training and Communications across various business contexts.
  • Experience collaborating with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Ability to identify and manage cross dependencies and develop change strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Change and Communication Deliverables:
  • Analysis, leading, and delivery of project change management and Communications activities.
  • Proactively build relationships with stakeholders to understand impacts and gain acceptance of change.
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and manage solutions.
  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of communications and training programs.
  • Ensure change solutions align with business benefits and deliver as described in the business case.
  • Track and monitor project solutions handover to BAU.
Planning & Project Management:
  • Identify and manage risks & issues related to organizational Change and business readiness.
  • Lead the change workstream, ensuring team members are actively delivering the change plan and aligned with the change approach.
  • Complete weekly status reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
Project Communications:
  • Establish a project communication plan aligned with organizational change management strategy.
  • Utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, Town Halls, newsletters) to meet project needs and milestones.
  • Ensure employee and business engagement are central to the communication approach.
