SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect

Brisbane based - 6-12 months contract with extensions likely!Work as an SAP Solutions Architect with a leading organisation on one of their established Brisbane based projects.Responsibilities include:

• Architectural discussions to identify, understand, and define customer needs.
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams, project managers and other internal stakeholders driving solution strategies and overseeing the solution delivery through to completion.
• Coordinating with different sites and overseeing delivery and testing.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve the successful delivery of the project requirements.
• Performing architecture reviews, according to agreed plans.
• Coordinating with different sites and overseeing delivery and testing.
• Help business and IT in sketching roadmap and deliver outcomes.

Skills required include:

• Strong Process & Integration knowledge with expertise in HR domain.
• End to end application and Architecture experience within SAP defining principles, frameworks, processes and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Ability to guide and influence the Business and IT stakeholders in the right direction.
• Strong stakeholder management & good communication skills.
• Understanding of architecture frameworks.
• TOGAF Certification or similar an advantage.
