Our client, is seeking a SAP ECP HR Systems Analyst to join their team on an Initial 3 month contract. This is a newly created position, our client is located in central, with the option to go to the office 1-2 days per week.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's HR technology landscape, particularly focusing on SAP ECP systems. You will be responsible for system administration, maintenance, configuration, and support of HR technology, ensuring alignment with organisational structures and optimal performance. You will provide critical analysis and recommendations for technology change initiatives, collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration, maintenance, and support, ensuring alignment with organisational structures.
- Analyse complex business problems and gather requirements to recommend solutions, particularly in the context of HR technology.
- Support stakeholder engagement model by delivering consistent and high-level customer service to the business.
- Generate standard reports and analyse data using system functionality, spreadsheets, and other databases.
- Liaise with IT and vendor support teams to ensure seamless operation of HR systems.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within HR systems, particularly during periods of change.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate system changes effectively.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Technology within a large complex organisation, with a focus on SAP ECP
- Strategic thinking ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and make recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience with organisational restructures or redesigns and understanding of system-side implications
- Familiarity with data analytics and proficiency in tools such as Excel
