The Warehouse Coordinator is role is a Full-Time, permanent position at our facility in Wangara, Perth.

Your role within our team
The Warehouse Coordinator main responsibility is to assist with storing, receipting, packaging and distribution of valves and their components, to and from our clients, in line with company, HSE and Quality standards.
Working hours are 7.00am to 3.30pm, workshop commences at 7.00am on a Friday and finishes earlier, overtime is available.
Primary responsibilities
Duties shall include, but will not be limited to
- Coordinate and monitor Pressure Safety Valve supply chain operation
- Complete Pressure Safety Valve spare parts and soft good kits (SGK) inventory stock take
- Perform valve condition assessment and preservation
- Create shipments, deliveries, single return forms and deliverables without reference (DWR) documents
- Assist QA/QC department with valve related queries
- General in-house maintenance (Rack & shelf labels, daily forklift start-ups area clean-ups)

Qualifications and Experience
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Warehouse and/or Logistics role
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package - Word, Excel Powerpoint, Outlook
