SAP Test Coordinator

• 3 year contract + 2 x 12 month extensions

Our federal government client has been embarking on the largest ERP Transformation in the southern hemisphere.

As part of the next Tranche of work, the Program requires a Test Coordinator with SAP S4HANA testing experience to support the Commonwealth Test and Deputy Test lead in assurance and driving aspects of the ERP Program testing activities. You must have SAP ERP testing knowledge coordinate testing activities, provide advice and guidance including a current demonstrated ability to resolve test issues.

As the Test Coordinator, you will support the Test leads to enable and ensuring all testing aspects of the ERP solution are delivered within quality, schedule and budget requirements and ensuring alignment and adoption of ERP implementation best practices to enable optimal fit for purpose outcomes.

The Test Coordinator responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and actively involved in the Testing activities for ERP Program Release activities, with focus on ensuring optimised solutions that deliver Defence ERP capability with approved Program Timelines.
• Leveraging ERP and SAP testing experience support the governance of the end-to-end testing aspects supporting assurance of Delivery Partners alignment and adoption of ERP implementation best practices, while supporting the program to deliver against agreed deliverables, time, quality and cost.
• Supporting alignment of ERP testing methodologies, tools techniques to assure the end-to-end design process and aspects of the ERP test activities, including the resolution of test defects and issues with the existing Program timelines.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience we are specifically seeking include:

• Extensive SAP Testing experience – skilled in testing to facilitate test scenarios aligning to business requirements and an ability to convert business requirements into SAP system requirements for configuration by the vendor.
• Demonstrated advanced Excel skills and understanding Application Lifecycle Management and various test reporting systems and SAP best practice toolsets.
• Understanding of SAP BW4 data warehouse architecture and SAC reporting tool sets including SAP product outcomes from an end user perspective as well understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience.
• Demonstrated experience working and successful communication skills with SAP consultants, functional consultants and subject matter experts.
