About the Role:
- Provide high-level executive, administrative, and coordination support, including managing meetings, briefings, and secretariat functions.
- Collaborate effectively with other Executive Assistants and Agency staff, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage the Executives’ office, email inbox, and work schedule, prioritizing their time and drawing attention to priority matters.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Office, providing high-level client services and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support, including ordering stationery, booking travel, arranging training, and managing travel and accommodation for the Executive and staff.
- A high level of professionalism, championing behaviours in line with SWA behaviours and the APS code of conduct.
- A positive, can-do, customer-focused attitude with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, trustworthiness, and reliability.
- Resilience and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
