We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scheduler or Senior Scheduler to join a growing organisation in the Steel Reinforcing Industry.

Duties:
- Provide efficient and accurate reinforcing bar bending schedules
- Interpret construction drawings to produce bar lists for manufacturing of reinforced steel
- Produce marking plans for placement of reinforced steel on constructions sites
- Manage and oversee building projects
- Communicate and co-ordinate with clients and other third parties to ensure deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot any issues
Skills and Experience:
- Min 5 years experience as a scheduler in the Steel Reinforcing Industry
- Excellent knowledge of steel and associated reinforcing products
- Ability to understand technical drawings, and to interpret engineering and architectural drawings in order to extract information required
- Experience with scheduling software (aSa preferred) or similar
- Sound knowledge of production planning
- Excellent customer service, people and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail and a solid understanding of interpreting and measuring accuracy
- Practical and structural knowledge of products and processes within the construction and manufacturing industry
- Problem solving ability
