Seeking a Change Manager for a state project until August 2024, focused on expanding court advisory services with a responsibility for quality outcome
We are partnering with a major state government department in a search for a Project Manager to engage in a contract until August of 2024. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a crucial project focused on expanding court advisory services. Your responsibilities include ensuring the quality delivery of project outcomes within the program.In this role, you will:
- Ensure project governance and reporting alignment with Women’s System Reform.
- Lead project management coaching and oversee continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate reform activities based on strategic prioritization for Women’s System Reform agenda.
- Manage project assurance, risk, and resource allocation for efficient service delivery.
- Cultivate collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, and passion among employees while representing Women’s System Reform in key forums.
- Extensive leadership in project management within a challenging criminal justice environment.
- Proven track record in implementing strategies to address recommendations from internal and external reviews.
- Proficient in managing business service delivery within a complex public sector setup.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and project outcomes to support decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to foster relationships and influence stakeholders towards Women’s System Reform goals.
