Knowledge in scheduling, timeframes, deadlines are ESSENTIAL for this position. The role: Scheduling our field team work in advance Confirming bookings prior to attending Updating client information to ensure bookings run smoothly Reporting to the office team supervisor on a weekly basis General Administration & adhoc tasks as required
About you: Friendly Phone Manner Meticulous attention to detail High organisational skills Extensive Administration Experience Well rounded computer skills Experience with Uptick Software (will be highly regarded, but not essential) Fantastic
Work Ethic with willingness to work hard and be part of a successful team. Willingness to be adaptable, flexible and assist other team members where needed Be customer service driven Confident communicator and ability to build rapport at all levels Current Australian Drivers Licence Current National Police Check upon commencement of employment
