Description
The Scheduling Function is responsible for the correct and efficient allocation of resources within a specific portfolio of clients across the WA region.
This eventful role sits within a small, tight-knight team and would suit someone who thrives on working in a stimulating fast paced environment and seeing outcomes from your work for clients across our exciting portfolio.
The role works across a Monday to Friday roster between 5AM and 1PM includes an on-call component out of office hours.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Scheduling and rostering our permanent and ahdoc/casual workforce
- Management and maintenance of rosters including identifying recruitment needs and provision of leave coverage
- Ensuring compliance of sites in relation to qualifications and site requirements
- Management and allocation of ad hoc work ensuring that all external requests are fulfilled and data entry is accurate to minimise billing errors
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on labour usage and making recommendations to the Operations team
- Management of associated systems and tools to ensure correct and efficient rostering of staff
- Ensuring that employees are paid correctly
- Providing a first point of contact an support for relevant employee and customer enquiries
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience with working in a high paced rostering and scheduling environment
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Understanding of the Security Services Industry Award 2020
- Proven ability to work with high volume data in a fast paced environment
- Experience in large volume people rostering
- Excellent computer skills including experience in rostering systems
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills
