About the role?
Are you experienced in logistics or scheduling, or perhaps you're a property manager seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! Join our team at 1300 Smoke Alarms.

Become a part of our dynamic company, boasting over 12 years of expertise in the smoke alarm and property maintenance sector. In this role, you'll handle a considerable volume of phone calls, coordinate with real estate agents, and manage the scheduling of field smoke alarm inspections. Additionally, you'll tackle various daily customer service responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently, taking into consideration various factors such as availability, location, and priority.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in scheduling arrangements.
  3. Maintain organised and up-to-date schedules.
  4. Monitor and manage changes to schedules, promptly rescheduling appointments or rearranging as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Anticipate scheduling conflicts or potential issues and proactively address them to prevent disruptions or delays.
  6. Provide timely updates and reminders to relevant parties regarding upcoming appointments or scheduled events.
  7. Answer high volume of phone calls

As a scheduler, you will thrive working in a friendly, fast paced environment whilst delivering exceptional customer service and support to our sales and service teams.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a high pressure environment
• Accurate & efficient data entry
• Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database experience
• Strong understanding of customer needs and excellent customer service skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
