Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management (AHC31421)
Statewide Apprenticeships seek a trainee to join our team working throughout the City of Victor Harbor Council. The traineeship is a School-Based, permanent part-time opportunity that requires working one day a week for two and a half to three years, depending on how quickly you complete your study component through the RTO. The course consists of 6 weekly visits and can be completed in around 96 weeks, depending on the student’s commitment. To be eligible, you must currently be enrolled in school as a year ten student for 2024.

Duties may include
- Using mowers, snippers, chainsaws, and Chippers
- Installing garden beds
- General gardening and maintaining parks and gardens
- General physical labour
- Have a genuine passion for Horticulture
- Be committed to undertaking a 24-month traineeship.
- Must be willing to undertake hearing and drug and alcohol testing.
- Be physically fit
- Be willing to obtain a traffic management course before or during at your own expense
