Financial Planning & Management: Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and communicate financial risks. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth end-of-month/year processes, handle payroll, and reconcile accounts. General Administration: Liaise with stakeholders, support the principal, and be the school's first point of contact. Human Resources: Plan development programs, assist in recruitment, and manage employee relations. Compliance & Innovation: Document policies, support OHS standards, and recommend system enhancements. What you need? Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field is a requirement. 3 years of admin experience Business management experience Experience in the education sector is desirable Must possess a Current Working with Children Check. Experience in educational settings is considered desirable. Familiarity with Xero is a desirable skill.
