Hourly Rate: $36.66 - $37.87 per hour pending experience

About the role
St Colman's Catholic School, Home Hill is seeking experienced and dedicated School Cleaners.
Key Accountabilities
The tasks required to be completed in this position include emptying rubbish bins, cleaning toilet facilities, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning glass surfaces and other tasks reasonably required of a cleaner.
The applicant would need to possess the following:
- recent experience in a cleaning/services role
- be able to follow instructions
- be able to work autonomously
- be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
Mandatory Criteria
- Current Working with Children Suitability Card or eligibility to obtain same - the successful candidate will require a paid Blue Card before commencement as per the No Card, No Start policy developed by Queensland Government
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
- This position will be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment to support the selection process. For some positions, it may be necessary for the successful applicant to be immunised against certain preventable diseases in order to minimise the risk of transmission.
