About the Role
The College is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join the Secondary School teaching team. This role is vital in nurturing a love of science and a strong understanding of scientific concepts among our Secondary School students. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for both experienced educators and enthusiastic new graduates to make a positive impact on students' lives.
The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering a quality and engaging learning experience to our Secondary School students and be able to demonstrate their capacity and willingness to engage with the Christian ethos of our College.
Criteria:
- Experience teaching Science to secondary students
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification and current teaching registration
- Experience in the provision of quality relevant curriculum programs
- A sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum
- Developed classroom teaching skills
- Commitment to upholding Christian values and ethos
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication
