The People Solutions team encompasses scribing, large scale recruitment processes and campaigns. With a highly experienced team of 6 staff in the Canberra Office who provide in-depth induction with ongoing support and guidance for each of our scribes; a stringent Quality Assurance program; and project management of scribing and campaigns projects.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking to increase our pool of Scribing Specialists in the Canberra region to help meet our increasing demand for Scribing and Campaign services within the government sector.
The Role
As an HorizonOne Scribe assisting our federal and state government clients, you will have the opportunity to contribute in single, bulk round and specialist recruitment assignments, such as Graduate Campaigns, whilst ensuring professional and efficient selection processes that are transparent and defensible.
Some of the services you may be required to undertake are but not exclusive to shortlisting services, reference checking, transcription of panel interviews, and preparation of selection committee reports.
About You
The work is casual and is undertaken at both the client’s premises and your home office. We are seeking people with the following attributes and skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to take comprehensive notes and prepare high quality written reports (including accurate, clear and concise written reports)
- Ability to work autonomously, to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Readily available, flexible, reliable and have sound judgement
- Strong attention to detail
- High awareness of privacy and confidentiality in working with personal information
- Strong commitment to service excellence
- Knowledge of government recruitment practices
- Previous senior government experience
- Security Clearance
- Willingness to attend scribing assignments in person in Canberra
