As a Scribe, you'll be instrumental in supporting government officials and departments in Canberra. Your role involves meticulously documenting meetings, interviews, and critical decision-making processes, ensuring seamless government operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe and document crucial interactions with government officials.
- Maintain meticulous records to meet government standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with government personnel to produce reports and briefings.
- Ensure documents adhere to established guidelines and standards.
- Assist in organizing and managing government records.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
What You Need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with government processes is desirable.
