Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is key in ensuring the retention of your allocated customer portfolio and will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and working closely with the field sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- MonitoringCustomer Shipments in order to provide proactive updates to customers andto problem solve
- Assistwith the customer onboarding process
- Commercialownership of customer accounts and driving continuous improvementinitiatives with customers.
- Quotationmanagement
- Customerdata management, maintenance and integration of customer data intointernal systems.
- Operationalrelationship management
- Reportingand performance analysis
