YOUR ROLE
Our Air Logistics team in Sydney are seeking a highly driven individual to be responsible for providing supervisory duties for the broader team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking lead in all Pharma and Healthcare engagement and concerns.
• Supporting the customer onboarding to ensure all requirements including initial customer orders are captured in the relevant system.
• Creating and reviewing customer reports, audits and quotes on a regular basis.
• Supervising a team of Specialists and be the escalation point for any concerns that arise.
• Working closely with the Air Logistics Warehouse and other relevant business units. #LI-DNI

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Pharma + Healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Air Logistics and broader Logistics industry.
• Strong customer service skills
• Prior experience in managing a team
• Ability to manage complexity and conflict
