- Supervising staff and ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the aquatic facilities.
- Interacting with customers to address their needs and suggestions.
- Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Licence (RLSS).
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Experience in pool operations and handling minor maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with NSW Health Standards for public swimming pools and spas is advantageous.
