About the roleThe
Secretary Coordinator,
Department Thoracic Medicine, is accountable to the Team Leader of
Thoracic Medicine, for the day-to-day co-ordination of administrative and secretarial services to the
Thoracic Medicine stream. This involves the evaluation of current departmental procedures, coordinating the duties of the permanent secretary and casual staff, dealing with the more complex work tasks and liaising with senior staff of
