The Senior Manager, Kindy Care is responsible for leading the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of the trials.This will be achieved by: * Leading a high performing team of senior education and policy leaders to plan, implement, and evaluate Kindy Care trials across government preschools in 2024 and 2025.
- Leading the development and implementation of a disciplined approach to effective, robust and integrated program and project management, governance, reporting, change management and evaluation processes.
- Identifying, developing and refining strategic policy, operational policy and accountability requirements for preschools in the context of trialing preschool out of hours care.
- Strategically leading the analysis, interpretation and synthesis of information collected systemically from a range of sources.
- Working collaboratively and across divisions to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with corporate, site leaders, education directors, local education teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working with leaders and relevant stakeholders within Early Childhood Education settings.
- In-depth knowledge gained through achievement of a Early Years Education tertiary or post-graduate qualifications.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams and facilitating change to achieve educational goals.
- Proven high level interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success achieving impact through collaborative practice and influence with a diverse range of stakeholders.
