About the role
As a Security Guard - Mobile Patrol Officer based in Naracoorte and its Surrounding Areas, you will play a key role in safeguarding assets and maintaining the integrity of various sites. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular and random site patrols, responding to alarm activations, and ensuring the overall security of the premises. This will involve foot patrols to provide a visible security presence and conducting visual inspections to detect security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly patrol client premises, report unusual activities, and respond to alarm activations.
- Establish a strong visual security presence.
- Ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property.
- Conduct thorough foot patrols.
- Respond to and manage anti-social behaviour.
- Address security emergencies promptly.
- Maintain detailed incident logs and conduct investigations.
We are looking for candidates who exhibit:

- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivation, punctuality, reliability, and commitment.
- Proficiency in managing challenging situations and detailed reporting.

- Comfort in driving in remote areas during the day and night.

- Experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused security services.
Additionally, candidates should have or are willing to obtain (AG Security will assist)
- A current South Australian Security Licence.
- A valid First Aid Certificate.
- A current and valid South Australian Driver's Licence.
- An up-to-date South Australian Working with Children Clearance.
- Recent National Police Clearance.
- Full, unlimited rights to work in Australia.
