The Avanti Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Sales Support & Property Management Administrator to assist with a range of tasks in relation to the sales and marketing of Commercial Property. This is a busy, hands-on position that requires a well organised, detail oriented person to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Overall organisation and preparation in a busy workplace.
- General administration duties
- Preparation of Real Estate forms (form 6, Contracts, Leasing Agreements, etc)
- Using templates established in InDesign, prepare marketing material including, but not limited to, Information Memorandums, Organising video and photography, Electronic Mail Outs, On-site signage, social media content, etc.
- Sourcing content through research for marketing materials
- Preparation of Proposals, tenders and Marketing budgets using InDesign
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and external suppliers
- Management of Avanti Commercial’s CRM (VaultRE)
- Management of Avanti Commercial’s Property Management program (Property Tree)
- Preparation of vendor reports and any other relevant paperwork
- Completion of documents required for property transactions including deposit release forms and correspondence with solicitors, vendors and purchasers
- Assist Sales Agents with scheduling of meetings, organising travel, answering phones
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Database entry, maintenance and management (Mailchimp)
- Property research and analysis
- Any other tasks as requested from management
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in the Real Estate/Commercial Property sector
- Working knowledge of the following Real Estate Programs:
- RPData
- Realworks
- Docusign/Adobesign
- VaultRE (or similar)
- Property Tree (or similar)
- Google Earth Pro
- PD Online (GC City Council)
- Property Management experience would be viewed favourably
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – in particular InDesign
- Proficient in all Microsoft products
- Highly organised and socially confident
- Attention-to-detail is a high priority
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and 'can do' attitude
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
