AddressGE Communications Pty Ltd seeks experienced and dedicated Security Installation and Security Service Technicians to join our professional staff full-time.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Installation of Electronic Security equipment, Access Control & CCTV
- Installation of CAT6A structured cabling systems
- Termination of cable and installing cable support systems
- Troubleshoot and repair cabling and connectivity issues
- Follow safety procedures and protocols
- Read and interpret cabling diagrams and technical documentation
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Experience & attributes:
- Experience in Structured Cabling Installations
- Current ACMA Open Cabling License with Structured Cabling Endorsement
- Experience with patch panels, termination & communications racks
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Working at Heights Ticket is advantageous
- Well-developed communications skills, both written and verbal
- Construction Industry General Induction (white card)
- Fibre Optic experience is highly regarded but non-essential
- Electrical A grade qualifications are a bonus
