• Conduct incident investigations in a timely manner and ensure that Security Incident Reports are completed and submitted.
• Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the implementation of emergency procedures.
• Promote and encourage a team approach.
• Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers
• Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide protection to the public be ensuring COVID social distancing is maintained.
• Provide security escorts as required.
• Report and record security breaches and incidents.
• Respond promptly to incidents.
• Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise the need to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention as appropriate.
