Our successful candidate will be responsible for encompassing a wide array of security tasks, including responding to Code Black emergencies, managing Duress and Fire Alarms, executing Duress Testing procedures, and conducting thorough internal and external patrols. These duties are pivotal in safeguarding the hospital environment, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals within its premises.
As a Security Officer at Belmont Hospital, you will work independently as the sole security guard on duty at any given time. While you will receive support from a Health and Security Officer, this position is standalone, ensuring that you are solely responsible for security operations during your shifts. In this crucial role, you will receive consistent support from the Patient Support Services Manager, who will facilitate ongoing training sessions and orientation programs. Our team is dedicated to fostering a culture of professional growth and development, actively encouraging you to enhance your skills and expertise within the security domain.

- This role will see our successful candidate working at Belmont Hospital completing hospital wide duties.
