The Role:
- 9 – 5 hybrid position; you’ll find yourself on the road providing quotes to customers, in our Tingalpa office and working from home.
- Predominantly internal sales with leads coming in daily, managing these leads from initial contact through to quote acceptance and customer satisfaction follow up.
- As well as maintaining the internal sales, you will be proactively sourcing new business to ensure the new business targets are met.
- Achieve KPI's and Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role following a sales process
- Experience in the Electronic Security industry or Electrical industry preferable with technical knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems.
- Proven sales experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
- CRM experience.
- Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
- Customer and sales focused and passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business.
