Inside Out Security is an Australian owned security company based in Queensland, servicing clients Australia-wide. Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire permanent full time Security Service Technicians, based in Brisbane, QLD to join our Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful applicant will responsible for the service and installations of electronic security equipment for our growing list of well-established and high-profile clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service & Installation of Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
- Diagnoses and fault finding, programming and testing.
- Liaising with customers on technical and service matters.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
- Display honesty and reliability.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Electronic Security Service Technician
- Hold a current QLD Security License, Open Cabling License, valid Drivers License, Licence to operate an Elevating Work Platform (EWP) and White Card essential
- Experience in Bosch, Reliance, Inner-Range and Tecom preferred
- Ability to work unsupervised and train apprentices
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for details
