MA Services is looking to hire a full time Security Service Technician, in Brisbane, QLD to join our Electronics Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Security Service Technicians to join our team. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the service and installations of ELECTRONIC SECURITY equipment for our commercial and government clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Service & Installation of Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
Diagnoses and fault finding.
Conduct maintenance for Alarms, CCTV & Access Control systems.
Liaising with customers on technical and service matters.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Electronic Security Service Technician
A valid Installers License
Open Registration Cabling License
White Card
A valid Driver’s License
Experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems
Experience in Integriti, Tecom, Milestone & Lenel preferred
Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
