If you have a passion for technology and innovation, and have previous experience as an electronic Security Technician, or background in electronics, then this is the role for you, come and join our expanding technology & service team.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Installation and servicing of the RealGuard Site Master CCTV security systems.
- Deployment of our trailer-based mobile camera tower systems.
- Fault detection, analysis, and repair activities on commercial and residential security alarm systems.
- Client interface during, and post installation to ensure system training and compliance is completed.
- Work with the service department to ensure all relevant paperwork is maintained post installation and servicing.
- Identify opportunities to upsell the RealGuard solutions.
- Conducting system PMI work in conjunction with the service department schedules.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction with every job.
The role will consist primarily of field service work across Sydney Metro Area with the occasional regional and interstate work based on business requirements, however this is not essential to begin with.
About you!

If you have:
- 3 or more years’ field based technical/electronic on the job experience.
- MUST have a valid Australian driver's license.
- Experience in a broad range of electronic security and IP CCTV systems (desirable, but training will also be provided)
- Experience in a range of security panels including Tecom, Inner Range, NESS and Bosch systems.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet project scope, budget and service delivery time frames.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Competent and confident driving with a vehicle and hitched trailer.
- Extremely customer centric with excellent communication skills.
- A desire to expand your knowledge base, skills competencies, and career.
