Seeking for Experienced Waitstaff

Villa Romana Cairns, a highly regarded Cairns based establishment needs some fabulous new front of house staff to support our amazing team!
We are after experienced waiters for full time employment hours across a variety of day and night shifts.
We are looking for people with the right attitude and the ability to converse with customers. We have a variety of shifts available noting that Villa is open Monday to Sunday.
Skill requirements for section waiters / bar staff:

• Previous a la carte experience
• Previous bartending experience
• A current valid RSA certificate
• receipt and dispensing of all monies
• coordinate and manage stock take
• A true passion for food, hospitality and people
• Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
• Be warm, personable and sociable - bring your personality to the table
• reporting to manager or duty manager
• Advanced communication skills
• Able to thrive under pressure
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
• Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
