You will need to possess team leading abilities, great customer service and fantastic telephone skills that can win new business with potential customers. You will be selling a range of storage solutions to both residential and business customers while also servicing existing customers maintaining our high standards. Full sales training will be provided to enhance your skills and product knowledge. 

Also you will be responsible to work hands on with a small team to maintain all four storage centres, keeping them clean and well presented.

We encourage each of our team to take ownership of their role and to be proud in the product they help develop, maintain and deliver to our customers.

To be successful you will need the following:

  • Integrity and enthusiasm
  • General skills similar to a Sales Manager in accommodation or tourism
  • Pro-active and willing to make improvements and recommendations
  • A positive “can do” and pro-active solution driven approach to work
  • Proven sales and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Motivated to reach set targets/budgets.
  • Local knowledge a benefit.
  • Some Flexibility for roster as we are open Saturday mornings.
  • Able to be hands on, doing some grounds maintenance
  • Some warehouse stacking of boxes etc
  • Trailer and small equipment operation
  • Intermediate Computer skills and Microsoft office experience
  • Maintain a safe and secure OH&S compliant workplace.
  • Current drivers’ license and police check required.
