The Job
Our Perth division is on track to have between 40-60 trades and labour staff out per day across multiple sites. Your days will be varied, with no two days being the same. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Fully managing your own schedule
- Growing and maintaining your client database
- Proactively monitoring the quality of candidates
- Developing and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with Site Managers & Subcontractors on site to ensure regular and ongoing use of our services.
- Setting monthly/quarterly KPIs for recruitment staff and tracking accountable output.
- Proactively addressing client concerns and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Assessing opportunities for the business to establish new relationships within our existing client base to increase the requirements for our services
- Coordinating new client catch ups and network building
- Presenting in depth weekly progress meetings digitally with senior management in Melbourne.
- Collaborating successfully with construction management and on site supervisory staff to progress and excel at the top of the industry.
About You:
- 3+ years experience in construction recruitment.
- A solid understanding of how a successful trades service looks
- Proven experience in managing people
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Find it easy and enjoyable to establish new relationships with people
- Demonstrated experience in being able to multitask
- Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in ensuring accurate information
- Basic-intermediate computer skills and familiar using Microsoft Office
- Have a drivers licence
