ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator join our team.

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for many of our key customer relationships, coordinating service technicians, and after-market sales of consumables, spares and maintenance parts.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will take the lead in managing customer requirements, internal stakeholders and suppliers to provide responsive servicing and sales.

Key Responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing enquiries via phone and email.
  • Managing and coordinating our service technicians.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain updates on jobs and purchase orders.
  • Proactively communicating with customers to provide regular updates and responding immediately to any deviations.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working within similar operations and servicing position within a technical industry and be looking for career longevity and development. Previous experience in a trade will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Significant understanding of on-the-tools trade-based service provision.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong teamwork focus.
  • Good Organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
