This position will ideally suit a candidate with 3 to 5 years Account Management experience that is now looking for a new challenge. As a key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and
expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding the clients’ needs, driving adoption and engagement with the SaaS solutions, and supporting services, and ensuring customer success. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and key success factors to align our solutions and services effectively.
- Develop comprehensive account plans for each assigned enterprise client, outlining strategies for growth and success.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor client usage patterns and product adoption to proactively address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, and delivery) to resolve client concerns and optimize their experience.
- Work towards achieving high client retention rates by focusing on customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Contribute to negotiate contract renewals and agree pricing models and revenue streams in discussions with key stakeholders.
- Stay-up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements of our solutions and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse usage data and customer insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, progress, and growth potential.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape to provide valuable market intelligence.
Managers with the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a key Account Manager, Sales Executive, or other relevant role in SaaS or enterprise software solutions business.
- Demonstrated success with large enterprise clients in driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer success.
- Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on serving enterprise-level clients.
