  • Account Manager - WHS | Mining
  • SaaS Solution
  • Permanent position - 100% remote
Successful & established software company delivering an SaaS solution for global mining companies. They have an urgent requirement for an Account Executive to assist in customer engagement delivering end-to-end software solutions.

This position will ideally suit a candidate with 3 to 5 years Account Management experience that is now looking for a new challenge. As a key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and
expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding the clients’ needs, driving adoption and engagement with the SaaS solutions, and supporting services, and ensuring customer success. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and key success factors to align our solutions and services effectively.
Account Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive account plans for each assigned enterprise client, outlining strategies for growth and success.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Customer Success and Retention:
  • Monitor client usage patterns and product adoption to proactively address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, and delivery) to resolve client concerns and optimize their experience.
Contact Renewals and revenue Growth:
  • Work towards achieving high client retention rates by focusing on customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Contribute to negotiate contract renewals and agree pricing models and revenue streams in discussions with key stakeholders.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Stay-up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements of our solutions and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyse usage data and customer insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, progress, and growth potential.
Market and Industry Awareness:
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape to provide valuable market intelligence.
To be considered for this position we require applications from Account
Managers with the following experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a key Account Manager, Sales Executive, or other relevant role in SaaS or enterprise software solutions business.
  • Demonstrated success with large enterprise clients in driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer success.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on serving enterprise-level clients.
