Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Tax Advisory: Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, ensuring compliance and optimising tax positions for a varied client portfolio. 
• Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to their unique business challenges. 
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead by example, delegating work effectively within the team while supporting the professional development of junior staff members. 
• Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with firm partners to develop and implement tax strategies that align with our client's business objectives, contributing to the firm's overall success. 

Requirements: 

• CA qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in a tax advisory role. 
• Proven client-facing experience, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. 
• Strong experience in delegating work within a team, showcasing leadership qualities and a commitment to team development. 
• Ability to work closely with partners, demonstrating exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills. 
• A comprehensive understanding of tax legislation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to apply tax concepts in a practical and commercial context.
