A great opportunity within a high profile Financial Services organisation, the Payroll Systems Specialist is a critical role within the broader P&C division to optimise payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll software- Employee Central Payroll.
The role:
- Utilise advanced technical skills to manage SAP payroll system changes effectively.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Offer expert guidance on legal and tax matters to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to risk, compliance, and workplace health & safety standards.

- Previous experience with SAP ECP implementation essential
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience initiating and implementing the development, delivery and support of solutions
- Previous experience in payroll management is crucial, along with demonstrated knowledge of Long Service Leave legislation
- Exceptional communication skills and teamwork
