They have a focus on reliable service to their multitude of clients that span industries but include specialities in the healthcare and agribusiness sectors. These businesses typically have turnovers in the $1-5m range but you will also get exposure to clients in the $10-15m range. They offer a one stop service with a financial planning arm that you will liaise with.
Once through their probation period, staff get flexibility in relation to hours. You can work from home one day a week and they will work with you to accommodate the hours that you want. There are no extra hours required with most of the office leaving by 5pm and the employees stay connected with a weekly Friday lunch and afternoon drinks.
The role will see you undertaking a broad range of duties. In addition to compliance (preparation of financial statements, tax returns and BAS) you will get involved with advising on issues such as strategic planning; cash flow management; tax advice; and accounting software solutions.
Seeking 3 + years Business Services experience within an Australian public accounting practice.
