Senior Accounts Clerk - Immediate Start. Top Salary Paid

We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of a Senior Accounts Clerk in our busy Forrestdale office.

You will perform the roles of a Senior Accounts Clerk which requires plenty of communication with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• AP & AR Functions
• Payroll Tax
• Payroll preparation and superannuation lodgments
• Invoice creation
• Reporting
• BAS preparation (PAYG)
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts collections
• Timely management of internal and external queries
• Other general administration as required

Minimum Requirements

• 5 Years working experience in similar role
• Diploma in Accounting
• XERO Experience 

Preference will be given to those that have prior XERO and MYOB experience, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience and have customer handling experience.

In addition to the above you must have a current C class driver licence, have your own transport and last of all you must absolutely love doing what you do. (Please don't apply if you don't put 100% effort into everything you do!)

Working hours are 8am - 5pm. 5 days a week.
